A staff of Abia state independent electoral commission Mrs Agatha (not real names) had absconded with $5000 usd, and an international passport belonging to her husband Mr Ikechukwu.
Narrating his ordeal to news men in lagos, Mr. Ikechukwu an international businessman from Isiala Ngwa north but based in lagos said he came home on the 20th of march 2018 at the end of the days business only to discover that his pregnant wife and only daughter who came to spend the holidays with him in lagos are not home, confused as to where they could have gone without letting him know, he began to call her wifes GSM line but it was switched off.
He scampered out of the house to check if they went to visit any of her relatives that live in lagos and the result was negative as there where about remained unknown.
The next morning a thorough search round the house revealed that Mrs Agatha had packed her things including $5000usd, their daughter and international passport belonging to Mr. Ikechukwu, in that confusion Ikechukwu went to the kitchen only to discover that the pot of soup the wife made had soured, more revelation came when he threw the pot of soup into the gutter and later found out that the rodents that feasted on the soured soup all died.
He then went ahead to report the incident to zone 2 police station lagos where investigations are ongoing as to the where about of the lady and her daughter, when contacted, Mr. Ikechukwu said amidst tears that he didn’t know what could have made his wife think of killing him, he said he had contacted Agatha’s parents who are resident in Isiala Ngwa North but they are claiming ignorance of their daughters where abouts.
The zone 2 police station said so far the where abouts of the lady and her child are still unknown while investigations is still ongoing.
