Honorable Theophilus Ugboaja of Ikwuano State Constituency in Abia State House of Assembly has defected to PDP today.

The Honorable member was one of those that decamped from APGA to APC during recent rally of the party in Umuahia.

According to him, he has reviewed that decision and decided to stand with Governor Okezie Ikpeazu who is delivering verifiable dividends of democracy.
