When Dr Alex .C Otti came to contest for the Abia State governorship, no one gave him a chance.
They said he is a political neophyte, they said he does not have any political structure, they said he is a “mugu” that those encouraging him are “guy” men that wants to eat his money.
As a FIRST CLASS BRAIN, he came and gave Abia a first class campaign!As if that is not enough, he gave PDP a Mohammed Ali’s fight on the Election Day to the point that there was commotion everywhere in PDP’s camp.As if that was not enough with the help of Abia voters he won Ikpeazu with a wide margin, just like a Usain Bolt win in a run.Oh that was too difficult for PDP to bear, they now resorted to 3rd CLASS means to win elections in Abia State by way of carrying machetes, caskets, intimidation, violence, and off course using fake stamps to authenticate their manufactured numbers and it worked for them! Alas they got the governorship on a Stolen Mandate! What a shame!
They told Abia people to go to HELL, but we went on our KNEES..They told Dr Alex Otti that if he is annoyed he should go to the TRIBUNAL...What a challenge! As a good leader and listener, he consulted with Abia people and they gave him an ultimatum to go to the tribunal and Bring Back their Mandate.He went and assembled “First Class’’ Senior Advocates of Nigeria, the best among the best.The Tribunal started and PDP saw the caliber of impartial judges, they saw the overwhelming and damaging evidence APGA has against PDP and they knew it is no longer a joke! The PDP realized they are now in a big fight with ABIA PEOPLE and a LION in the person of Dr Alex Otti leading the fight.
An attempt to eliminate the LION Dr. Alex Otti by way of assassination FAILED.They sent their pyromaniacs to destroy the evidence by way of burning down the INEC office in Obingwa.Ikpeazu and PDP made every effort through their lawyers to frustrate and kill the case, but it FAILED! Confusion and Frustration became another name for them, and peace they know not, because CHINEKE is involved.
As we move towards the final weeks of the tribunal, we are more hopeful that Justice will be done to Abia people.
We are hopeful that Dr Alex Otti, our LION, the peoples leader, the man with a first class BRAIN who fights like a LION for Abia people, the man who will use Abia money to work for Abia people, the man who will not use inferior contractors to work on Abia roads, the man who will give Abia people a transparent and purposeful leadership, the man who will pay all workers their outstanding salaries, the man who will make his appointments based on merit on not on “OCHENDO LIST”, the man who will truly drive away touts and multiple taxation in Abia state , and the man who will put God first in the administration of Abia state will be victorious and declared the governor of Abia State.
Abia people, our sufferings in the past years have produced perseverance, and our perseverance has produced character and our characters have produced HOPE. Through the grace of God our hope will not disappoint us for God is with us. When victory is won, it will be victory for ALL Abians..for we shall rejoice and taste the sweetness of freedom!
