Forms are now on sale for employment at the local government Service commision of Abia State. Applicants are to go to any Ecobank office to pay the sum of one thousand Naira then proceed to the commision for the form. As at the time of this report thousands of Applicants are already at the bank in Umuahia waiting for payment for the form.
