*PDP counsel: Tax papers not a necessary qualification to contest election
*Ogah's counsel: May time never come in Nigeria when office holders - Presidents, governors, senators, etc - would not be required to pay tax!

*PDP's Counsel admitted that Ikpeazu submitted false docs but argued it was not to gain any advantage.
Audience murmured in disagreement. Apparently no one was convinced or impressed.
*USO's counsel presented a previous judgement by the presiding judge in which she ruled that any form of false information presented by an office seeker, whether such false information is directly relevant or not, marks out the presenter of such false information as dangerous to society and unfit to hold public office.
*Earlier Dr. Iziyon argued powerfully in condemnation of the abuse of court process by high court in Osisioma, urging the court of appeal to use it's higher authority to stop the Osisioma high court from any further activity on the case. Court has reserved ruling on this and USO's counsel's objection to ex-governor Ikpeazu's appeal.
*F. N. Nwosu's appeal being called up. Counsels to parties announcing appearances.
*F. N. Nwosu's lawyer was jittery and mixing issues that he urged the court to dismiss his own client's appeal! The court roared with laughter, and only then did he realize his folly. Then Iziyon picked him up describing his appeal as an insult to the court lacking no locus standi, amusing the court by saying F N Nwosu came a miserable 5th in the primaries.
Other parties in their objections described Nwosu as a mere usurper who cannot be allowed to occupy the govt house.
*Presiding judge just described F N Nwosu's lawyer's address as "way out of jurisdiction".
