Yesterday, an ICT staff of INEC from Abuja, the INEC HQTS submitted documents containing DATA in ALL the CARD READERS used during the 2015 governorship election in Obingwa, Osisioma, Isialangwa North, Ugwunagbo and Umuahia North Local Government Areas of Abia State and these documents were admitted at the ongoing Abia Tribunal.
It was not an easy task as uncle Paul Ananaba (SAN) and his colleagues representing Dr Okezie Ikpeazu, PDP (Abia) and INEC (Abia) put up a good fight to stop the admission of the documents. They worked very hard using all their legal prowess and expertise, but it was not to be. The documents were admitted anyway and it became the number one turning point for APGA.
The other major document that was admitted is the INEC press release before the governorship elections as shown in the picture below. This was submitted by uncle Ahamdi Emmanuel Nweke, the APGA agent in Abia during governorship elections. This documents also met a very fierce objections from the opposition legal team. They put in another great show doing all they could to stop the document from being admitted, these men deserve every penny that they charge their clients. The document was admitted but it was not easy. This is another turning point for APGA.
The admission of these two exhibits were the highlights of all that transpired at the #AbiaTribunal yesterday, every other thing that happened is commentary. We are eagerly waiting to see the content of the Card Readers. This I believe will decide the true winner of the last guber election in Abia and all we are saying is let justice prevail. Let truth prevail. Let good triumph over evil and let the will and the choice of the people be respected.
Waiting mode activated and while we wait, let us continue to remain peaceful, let us shun violence and pray for God to use whoever is the true winner of the election in Abia to bring development to the State
