Today was almost becoming another document tendering day for APGA before the final stunt which drove all the 3 respondents to high tensed position.
Ananaba (SAN) representing 2nd respondent PDP, will definitely not forget in a hurry the tongue lashing he received from Akeredolu (SAN) representing the petitioner.
"You talk like a kid, you don't speak like a SAN considering your juniors that are all in the court listening to you" - Akeredolu lashes Ananaba.
After long document tendering session by APGA, Prof. Awa Kalu (SAN) representing the petitioner now handed over the driving wheel to Akeredolu (SAN).
Akeredolu (SAN) on rising invited in a witness who was subpoenaed to appear from INEC headquarters Abuja. The lady is the head of IT unit INEC Abuja.
The 3 respondents immediately objected to the woman entering the deck. All the respondents said they were served 2 hours ago concerning the woman's subpoena and that they need to study the deposition.
This particular argument was over stretched by Ananaba (SAN) which led to Akeredolu lashing him.
At the end the judges over ruled APGA (the petitioner), but ordered that the woman appear tomorrow for cross examination.
APGA was able to submit documents from Umuahia North, Umunneochi, Osisioma and Obingwa LGAs today. All the document presented were objected to by the 3 respondents, but as agreed, they will include their objection reasons in their FINAL ADDRESSES.
That is what happened today...
Sitting adjourned. Tomorrow will be another interesting day. Let's hope the shocking revelation we were promised will come out on 19th August.
