Yesterday night at about 7:45pm a Nissan pathfinder jeep lost control along Isicourt amakama road, close to federal ministry of works Amakama housing estate Olokoro.
Report revealed that they were two vehicle coming back from Umuahia Abia State town heading to Ngwa. The other car is identified as Toyota Camary. They were six boys in that particular Jeep as they were moving the said jeep ran out of gas.
Investigation revealed that the said jeep went to Gochiz feeling station to buy fuel.
Meanwhile the other people with the Toyota Camry has reached peace setter FM Amakama Umuahia just to notice that the other people with the jeep were not following them,when they called them on phone to know their position they told them that they branched at Gochiz feeling station at Umuobia Isicourt to buy fuel.
However they told them they will be waiting for them there at peace FM
An eyes witness said that the boys were at a top speed when they pass Isicourt junction just to hear few seconds after they pass that they had an accident.
When they got to Cosco company before federal ministry of works.with that speed,on passing a sharp bending he now saw an okada rider close to him in his front he now decided to swab his hand to avoid clashing with the okada man only to see himself in the bush which led to the surmasulting of the jeep.
A source working with a block industry where the incident happened told us that the boy who drove the jeep was not the the owner and a leaner. according to him he said he was there when the incident took place and pleaded with people with vehicle to rush them to hospital for check up,though they didn't sustain much injury but the driver who had a big cut on his neck and head.
